Minnesota man accused of waterboarding and assaulting woman in her college dorm for three days

Police arrested Keanu Avery Labatte, 19, after he allegedly forcibly held the woman in her dorm room at St. Catherine University for 3 days while allegedly repeatedly assaulting and threatening her.
