Putin ally says he should use low-yield nuclear weapons

After the Russians retreated from the key strategic city of Lyman, Ramzan Kadyrov, who is an ally of Vladimir Putin and leader of the Chechen republic, slammed Russian generals and said Putin should use low-yield nuclear weapons.
