The woman has been identified as an honorary member of Buckingham Palace, Lady Susan Hussey. Hussey, who served as the late Queen Elizabeth II’s lady in waiting for more than 60 years and is a godmother to the Prince of Wales, has resigned and apologized, according to Buckingham Palace.
