Russia's 'doomsday plane' is ready to save Putin in case of a nuclear attack

A menacing, lumbering jetliner sometimes called the “doomsday plane” or “flying Kremlin,” was scheduled to fly over Russia’s Victory Day celebration but was noticeably absent. CNN’s Brian Todd reports on the mysterious aircraft and its capabilities.
