A 69-year-old woman is recovering in hospital after the animal repeatedly stomped on her at Arundel Hills Country Club, Queensland ambulance says

A large kangaroo has kicked a woman to the ground and repeatedly stomped on her in an unprovoked attack on a Gold Coast golf course.

The 69-year-old woman was playing golf at the Arundel Hills Country Club when the animal struck from the side without warning just after 9am on Friday, Queensland ambulance said.
