In a recent interview Andrew Garfield was asked about a rejection that has stuck with him the most. His answer? “I auditioned for Prince Caspian in The Chronicles of Narnia … and that handsome, brilliant actor Ben Barnes ended up getting the role.” So far so good, right? Well here comes bomb, the tick tick boom, if you will. After repeatedly asking why he didn’t get the part he was told that it was because he wasn’t handsome enough. Excuse me, hello?? Is this thing on? Listen, Ben Barnes is an absolute scorcher but that doesn’t mean Andrew isn’t handsome. It’s not mutually exclusive, both men can be, and frankly are, hot!
